Delete your Estudito account

Estudito is an app by TECN0 S.A.S., El Salvador.

In the app

1. Open Estudito.
2. Tap the ••• menu, open Profile, then Settings.
3. Open Personal Information.
4. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Write to hola@estudito.com from your account email, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, your email or Apple identifier, your study paths and the material you uploaded (text, PDF, photo, audio), your answers, your progress (XP, streak, level, energy), your quests and your place in the leaderboard.

What is kept

A technical record of the cost of each generation, with no link to your account. Server backups are deleted automatically after 14 days.

To delete only your data without closing the account, write to the same email.
